C TEC 8558 T
C TEC 8558 T is based on a Polymerized Ester complex containing carefully selected lubricity and anti static agents.HIPER 2210 W is also designed for effective usage in water based Drawing and Stamping fluids.
C TEC 8558 T readily forms a Micro Emulsion in water and de-min water is recommended. One of the prime applications of this product is in formulating Textile lubricants meant for high temperature applications in the synthetic yarn manufacturing industry particularly for POY and FDY.
It is generally used between 3.5 % to 5% in de-min water along with suitable biocides and fungicides. Alternatively, it can be used at 25% in water along with Corrosion inhibitor, de-foamer and biocide to formulate Metalworking concentrates.
The product is thermally stable.
