C TEC 9240
C TEC 9240 is a neutralized Phosphate ester designed as a multi functional component to give good corrosion protection, load bearing and anti wear and also act as an emulsifier. This product is especially suitable in soluble oil formulation including Rolling Oils. It is synergistic with soaps, sulphonates, amides fats and esters. This product should be used in the oil phase to be dispersed in water.
It is particularly useful in Automotive Gear Oil formulations.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGES:
- 2 TO 3% IN FORMULATED SOLUBLE OIL SYSTEMS
- 3 TO 4% SOLUBLE ROLLING OILS CONTAINING FAT.
